CommandPoint is the behind the scenes component to Nanonation's kiosks and digital signage systems. From the CommandPoint online tools you can remotely monitor, manage and report on your network, all in real-time.

For kiosks, CommandPoint means the ability to track usage metrics such as session counts, generate automatic alerts such as “printer low on paper”, and the ability to view both standard and customized reports online.

For digital signage networks, CommandPoint is the portal to upload content, schedule playlists, create layout templates and monitor the real-time health of each player on your network. Proof-of-playback reports, player-down alerts, and download logging are all part of these user friendly tools.

Receive automated alerts via emal, SMS (text message) or even voice alerts. Each type of alert or location can have a different distribution list so that the right people get the right alert at the right time. For example, local store mangers can be notified on their cell phone when a kiosks printer paper is low.
