More Than Apps
Nanonation understands retail. There are hundreds of new developers riding the iPad and app-hype bandwagon, but few who truly focus, understand, and live the in-store experience. Nanonation has a proven history of developing innovative enterprise applications for leading brands worldwide. Combine that with our past development efforts with the iPhone, iMac, Apple TV, and other Apple technologies and you have a proven partner for creating new customer and employee-facing applications.
Connecting the Dots
The Nanonation advantage comes in our ability to leverage a complete ecosystem of scalable, survivable, repeatable technologies. Seamlessly tie together your mobile, digital signage, kiosk and iPad experiences with data, marketing, and IT systems. Our new iPad platform provides both highly engaging user experiences, as well as the web-based administration tools to remotely manage and update content versus writing and updating apps from scratch.
Add in our partners dedicated to embedding these technologies into store fixtures, employee environments, and the retail landscape (complete with charging and syncing technologies) and you have an end-to-end solution for deployment and management. for more detailed discussions of how Nanonation can help.
iPad Case Study—Room & Board
Shown at the 2010 KioskCom Self-Service Expo, Brian Ardinger demonstrates the Room & Board iPad app. Room & Board currently has an in-store kiosk solution, from Nanonation, allowing customers to view all of the available products. This iPad app demonstrates how an associate can assist the customer with a similar solution. The iPad app has the ability to browse the inventory in a different format than the website, and has a sign-up form for customers to receive special information from Room & Board. On the employee facing side of the app, they will have access to training materials, including videos and manuals. The app also features a digital signage remote control that allows the employee to change currently playing signage content.
