Wayfinding Kiosk

The Rand McNally Directions Finder kiosk was developed in conjunction with Alamo Rent-A-Car to provide travelers with a simple and easy way to get turn by turn directions and maps to their locations. Leveraging Rand McNally's massive database of geographical information the kiosk provides user a printout of turn by turn directions to their location as well as map with the route highlighted.

The interface is intuitive and simple for users and the laser printed maps and directions are clear and easy to understand. Nanonation created the user interface and integrated to the Rand McNally directions database to provide the kiosk's functionality. The Directions Finder has been extremely popular amongst Alamo rental customers who can now use the unit at several pilot airport locations throughout the country.
