LINCOLN, NE - April 12, 2006 - Nanonation, a Lincoln-based software company, took top honors in multiple categories at the 5th Annual KioskCom Interactive Kiosk Excellence Awards for its work with Build-A-Bear Workshop, Vanguard Car Rental, Mazda, and The 810 Zone.

Nanonation's work with Build-A-Bear Workshop took multiple awards for its innovative gift card kiosk, which enables customers to personalize, print, and purchase a customized gift card. The project took the top prize for Best Retail Kiosk and Best Transactional Kiosk, as well as Best in Show as the best overall kiosk deployment.

Nanonation's interface design services combined with KIOSK Information Systems' enclosure design to help Vanguard Car Rental's Alamo Self Check-in Kiosk take runner-up honors in the Best Travel category for its ability to speed-up check-in times at Alamo locations.

Nanonation's work with Mazda over the past three years continued to accumulate awards taking runner-up in the Best Non-Transactional Kiosk category. Runner-up in the Best Entertainment category went to The 810 Zone for its interactive gaming and television kiosks that are built into the sports bar environment.

"We are proud to be a part of these winning projects," said Bradley Walker, President and CEO of Nanonation. "The work with Build-A-Bear, Alamo, Mazda, and the 810 Zone are great example of targeted, branded, customer interactions that demonstrate the benefits of self-service."
